Sunset Gulf HVAC is a Florida-based HVAC service business owned and operated by Bryan Hill. We provide air conditioning installation, repair, maintenance, and indoor air quality services to homes and small businesses in Southwest Florida.

Service Quotes and Estimates

Quotes provided through our website, by phone, or in person are estimates based on the information available at the time. Final pricing may vary based on actual conditions encountered during the work. We will communicate any material changes to quoted pricing before proceeding with work.

Diagnostic fees, when applicable, will be communicated upfront. Free estimates are offered on complete system replacements and are not available for service troubleshooting.

Scheduling and Cancellations

We will make reasonable efforts to honor scheduled appointment windows. Customers who need to reschedule or cancel an appointment should contact us at least 24 hours in advance when possible. We reserve the right to charge a service fee for missed appointments without notice.

Payment Terms

Payment is due at the time of service unless other arrangements have been made in writing. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and ACH payments processed securely through Stripe.

Comfort Club membership fees are billed [annually / monthly — to be confirmed at launch] and may be canceled at any time without further obligation, though refunds for partial billing periods are at our discretion.

Workmanship and Warranties

We stand behind our work. Specific warranty terms depend on the service performed and the equipment installed:

• Repair work is covered by a workmanship guarantee — if the same issue recurs within the guarantee period, we will return to address it. Specific terms vary based on the repair.
• Equipment installed by us carries the manufacturer's warranty, which varies by brand and model. We will provide warranty documentation at the time of installation.
• Labor warranties on installations vary by package and are documented in the installation paperwork.

Warranty coverage may be voided by improper use, lack of maintenance, modifications by other parties, or environmental damage. We will explain warranty terms before work begins.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Florida law, our total liability arising from any service or transaction is limited to the amount paid by the customer for the specific service in question. We are not liable for:

• Pre-existing conditions of equipment, ductwork, or property
• Damage caused by unrelated systems or third-party work
• Indirect, consequential, or incidental damages
• Lost profits, business interruption, or property damage beyond the scope of work performed

Intellectual Property

All content on www.sunsetgulfhvac.com — including text, images, logos, and design — is the property of Sunset Gulf HVAC or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our content without written permission.

Customer Information and Photos

Occasionally we may take photographs of completed work for marketing or training purposes. We will not photograph identifiable interior details of homes without permission, and we will not share customer names or addresses without consent. If you prefer no photographs be taken, simply let your technician know.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Lee County, Florida.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The most current version will always be posted on our website with the “Last updated” date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
