What is the Comfort Club?
Comfort Club is Sunset Gulf HVAC's maintenance membership program. Members get scheduled tune-ups, priority service, and discounts on every repair. We offer three levels — Bronze, Silver, and Gold — so you can pick the plan that fits how you use your home.
Does it cover emergency service?
Yes. Members get priority scheduling on emergencies and reduced after-hours service fees. Gold members get VIP priority and the deepest repair discounts. The repair itself isn't free, but members pay significantly less than non-members — and never wait in the same line.
How much does it cost?
Pricing depends on the size and number of systems in your home and the tier that fits how you use it. Call Bryan at (239) 323-8994 — he'll walk you through the three tiers and quote your home directly.
Here's what each tier includes:
Bronze. Two precision maintenance visits per year (one cooling, one heating), full system inspection and safety check, condenser coil rinse, drain line inspection, electrical and capacitor testing, thermostat calibration, filter inspection, priority scheduling, member-only repair discounts, and reduced after-hours service fees.
Silver. Everything in Bronze, plus a third maintenance visit, one professional dryer vent cleaning per year, enhanced airflow and efficiency checks, preferred priority scheduling, and increased repair discounts. Our most popular plan.
Gold. Everything in Silver, plus one basic duct cleaning (main trunk vacuum + accessible vent cleaning), remote home monitoring with smart thermostat alerts and system-health notifications, VIP priority service, and the highest member repair discounts.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. We don't lock you into long contracts. If you're not getting value, you don't stay.
